After registration and payment, if you face any issue, you may request a refund within 24 hours.

If your reason is found valid by our team, your payment will be refunded within 24 hours.

You must provide a proper and valid reason.

4. Class Participation

If a student fails to attend class for one week without informing the team, they will be suspended from the course.

Suspension notice will be sent to the email address used during registration.

5. Content Access and Sharing

Access to course materials like recordings, documents, or code is only for the registered student.

You are not allowed to share these materials with any other person.

If we find that you have shared our material with someone else, your access will be removed immediately.

This includes lectures, coding files, notes, and any other resource.

6. Blog Posting Rules

Users are allowed to post blogs on our website, but you must send a message to us first to request blog access.

Do not write any content that includes arguments or targets any individual.

Write helpful content related to the blind community, technology, or other useful categories.

Make sure your blog is written in a way that helps others and does not create conflict or confusion.

Any blog that causes trouble or spreads hate will be removed.

While filling any form, make sure your details are correct.

If you enter wrong or fake details, you may not be allowed to register for future courses.

The payment collected is used to maintain the Blind Tech Community platform. This includes costs for our server, helpline, hosting, domain, third-party paid tools, and APIs managed by the BTC team.

We do not use course fees for personal purposes. These funds help us continue offering quality content and services to our users.

If you wish to support us by making a donation, we appreciate your help. All donations are used to improve our services and not for any personal use.

After donation, you will receive a receipt for your records.

You may not need it immediately, but it can be helpful in the future if verification is needed.
